He preceded her in death on July 3, 1965.  Survivors include her daughter, Shirley (William) Adelhelm, and her son, Dennis Kinney; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a special niece, Edith (John) Orlenko.  Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. Burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The remains were laid to rest in the La Crosse Cemetery. Note: There is a grave marker for Adam Wilhelm and Catherine E. (Schneider) Wilhelm in the La Crosse Cemetery, Kansas. Catherine died December 30, 1935. They came from Houck, Russia, immigrating to Garfield Township in 1887, Timken area, where they farmed until they retired in La Crosse. All of their children were either born in Houck or on the boat. The names of the children may be John, Gottlieb, Jacob, Peter and Anna Margaretha (Maggie) Wilhelm Bender. Maggie Bender is also buried in La Crosse Cemetery and there is a marker.

In his younger days he served for three years and eight months as a soldier in the Russian army. In 1893 he was united in marriage with Nellie WEIBERT. To this union were born 11 children, seven sons and four daughters, of whom two sons have passed away. In the year 1898 he with his family came over to America. He leaves to mourn their loss his beloved wife, Nellie Winter, four daughters: Mrs. Wm. The son of Jacob and Christina (Laubhan) Winter, he was born April 24, 1891 in Russia. Around the age of two, he came to America with his parents, brother Jake, and sisters Mary & Katie. He was married to Katherine BRUNNER in 1914. She died May 13, 1936. To this union were born four children: Clarence, Minnie, Hermand, and Sylvia. Mr. Winter was both mother and father to his children. He then met Frieda BUDDE. They were married Jan. 1, 1940, at Newton. The couple had one son, Alvin. Besides his first wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Jake; two sisters, Mary & Katie; and a daughter Minnie. Survivors include his widow, Frieda; three sons, Clarence of Marion; Herman of Salina; and Alvin of Marion; a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Sylvia) Helmer of Marion; 17 grandchildren; 23 gt. grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Vocal music was provided by J. Robert Brookens. Anita Brookens was the organist. Casket bearers were Robert, Ronald, Kenneth, Jerry and Tony Winter and Kendall Helmer. Interment was in the Lincolnville Cemetery.

She came to Lehigh, Kansas, in 1898 with her parents Fred and Nellie (Weibert) Winter. She married F. W. SCHICK on 24 Jan 1915 in Shattuck, OK. She was preceded in death by her first husband, F. W. Schick, who died in 1945. In 1957 she married Gustave FROEHLICH. He died in 1973. In addition, she was preceded in death by one son Bellford Schick, her brothers Henry, Ferd, Jacob, and Huldrich Winter; and her sister Lydia Hein. Froehlich is survived by her son Winferd Schick of Lodi, CA; her daughter Ernesting Blum of Lodi, CA; four step-daughters: Tina Steyart of Lodi, Tillie Fagala and Esther Leicht of Stockton, CA; and Emma Wereden of Santa Clara, CA; her brother Ted Winter of Marion, KS; 2 sisters Marie Laudner of Marion, and Esther Kline of Denver, CO. Son of Frederick Weismiller and Mary (Winter) Winters. On January 11, 1931, he married Ann WOLFE in Eaton, Colorado. She died May 12, 1984. Mr. Winters came to the United States when he was one year old. His mother died giving birth. At age 4, he lived with his uncle, Godfred Winter, and his wife Mary, who reared him in Eaton. Survivors include, Dixie Ann Hoffner of Greeley: a son, Jerry D. Winters of Greeley: a granddaughter, Lori Ann Hoffner: and a grandson, Frederick Thomas Winters. His parents, an infant son; an infant daughter; his wife Ann; two brothers; four sisters; and a grandson, Bryan Dean Hoffner, are deceased. Internment  will be at Eaton cemetery. Additional Information: Fred J. (Weismiller) Winters is different from Fred Winter that was the son of Gottfried and Maria Blehm Winter He was adopted and raised by Gottfried after his mother died.

Burial was in St John's Lutheran cemetery. Frieda Hoffman was born at Marenberg sic, Russia to M/M Matt WOLF on 4 July 1884. She married Philip MARTZ on 15 Oct 1904 and to this union three daughters and one son were born. The son passed away in infancy. They lived on a farm near Onaka and Tolstoy until her husband died in 1945. In 1956 she married Jacob B. HOFFMAN and in he died in 1966. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Egart (Emma) Hoffman, Bowdle; Mrs. Gust (Sadie) Bomesberger, Pierre; and Mrs. Wm (Ellen) Bomesberger, Onaka; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Katherine MARTZ of Aberdeen; Mrs. August (Lydia) SCHICK, Bowdle; John M. Wolf, Wishek, N.D. and Wm Wolf, Bowdle, also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son and both husbands. Casket bearers were Merle Bomesberger, Aberdeen; Curtis Bomesberger, Mitchell; Russell Bomesberger, Hoven; Marvin Hoffman, Redfield; Don Jakober, Aberdeen and Russell Bender, Java.

Survivors are two sons, John K. Wolf and Edward S. Wolf, both of Ogden, Utah; two sisters, Leona Hettinger of Windsor and Freida Herbst of Brighton; two brothers, Edward Wolf of Windsor and Henry Wolf of Denver; and two grandchildren. Burial was in the Ellinwood cemetery.

Survivors include her special nephew James Peacock of Higgins; one sister Daisy States also of Higgins; one sister-in-law, Jessie Woods of Ft. Worth, Texas one brother-in-law, Vern Burgess of Woodward; two grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. From early childhood, a few years after his mother passed away, Ollie and Ben raised James.

His parents, Fred and Katherine Wunsch, immigrated to America five years earlier (abt 1913) from the Volga region of Russia. He married Violet Eckhardt Bernhardt on Dec. 15, 1946. In 1970, Violet Wunsch was killed in a car accident. On May 1, 1971, he married Lydia Lehr SCHWARTZ. Survivors are his wife, Lydia; a daughter, Karen Harris and husband Doug of Aurora; three sons, Chaplain Ronald Wunsch and wife Lynnetta of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and Walter Wunsch and wife Laurie and Timothy Wunsch, all of Fort Morgan; a stepdaughter, Vickie Ley of Galeton; 10 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren. A stepdaughter, Kathy M. Roth, is deceased. Interment will be in Memory Gardens, Fort Morgan.
