HAMMON — The funeral for Elta Lorraine Hibler Word, 90, was held Saturday, March 20, 2010, at United Methodist Church, Hammon. Married LT. MARSHALL WORD May 16, 1942. He died in 2001. Surviving are two sons, Bill of Enid and Rick of Oklahoma City; one brother, W.C. Hibler of Hammon; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Marshall, she was preceded in death by one sister.

Hiebert, Clyde J. passed away March 28, 2010. Born on December 26, 1929 to Sarah (Klaassen) and Linden Hiebert in Gossel, KS. Married BETTY J. VORAN on December 28, 1950. Survived by Betty and their four children, Debbie (Larry) Burrows, Denise (Rex) Irwin, Shelley (Jack) Shipman, and Greg Hiebert. He has six grandchildren: Allison Burrows, Jacqueline Irwin, Amy Shipman, Eric (Shelbi) Shipman, Matthew Hiebert and Daniel Hiebert; one step-grandchild, Stephanie (Peter) Vroutos; and two step-great-grandchildren, John and Kalli Vroutos. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ethel Lackey; and step-sisters, Joan Klenke and Ada Francis Biesel.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Catherine Christine "Nan" (Hiller) Vogt was born Nov. 18, 1921, in Salina, Kan., to Edwards Allen and Vera Lleila Eberhardt. Hiller and passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2010. The Hillers traced their lineage to Ethan Allen, Jonathan Edwards and Mary Chilton, of the Mayflower. Married EVON Z. VOGT or "Vogtie". Nan Vogt leaves behind four children, Countess Skee Teleki (Géza Teleki), of Toronto, Cavalheiro, Terry Vogt (Mary Vogt), of San Francisco, Chevalier Eric Vogt (Robin Grumman-Vogt), of Belmont, Mass., also of Ace Andean Birder, and Charlie Vogt (Sherry Vogt), of Quito, Ecuador. In addition, Nan leaves six grandchildren, Géza Kristian Adam Teleki, Maya Katal Teleki, Ethan Andrew Vogt, Christopher Tyler Vogt, Elizabeth Vogt and Bennett Edwards Vogt; and eight great-grandchildren.
