Survivors include: sons, David Leon and Timothy Dean; daughters, Juanitia R. Gann, Wanda S. Ybarra and Judy Scheuerman; brother, Vincent Ochs; 28 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

Alma Elvira Scheuerman, 81, died Nov. 28 (2009) . Born Nov. 3, 1928, in Nekoma, she was the daughter of Phillip John and Verna Morgan Ochs. Married GILBERT CLYDE SCHEUERMAN. She collected spoons. She had spoons from all over the world Survivors include two sons, David Leon and wife Stephanie Scheuerman and Timothy Dean and Elizabeth Scheuerman, all of Great Bend; three daughters, Juanitia R. Gann and husband Bill, Wanda S. Ybarra and husband Pete and Judy Scheuerman, all of Great Bend; a brother, Vincent Ochs and wife Gloria of Great Bend; 28 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sons Gilbert Alan and Thomas Scheuerman; daughters Catherine Mcquade and Sherry Lynn Scheuerman; a sister, Helen Greenway; and a grandson, Michael Duncan.
