Leona Bell (Hoefer) Entz died April 4, 2010, after more than a century of living.   Married "TOBY" ENTZ  on July 20, 1926. He died May 24, 1986. They were blessed with five children, 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.  James A. Entz, (now deceased) his wife Beverly and children served as missionaries in Papua New Guinea and Cameroon. Onie Cooper continues to serve as a minister with the First Church of God. Donnys Womack, for more than thirty years has led the music program in several congregations. Lin Entz and his wife Pat served as missionaries with the Missionary Aviation Fellowship in Brazil. Stewart Entz (wife Elinor) served as Chancellor for the Kansas East Conference of the United Methodist Church for 18 years.

LYONS -- Herman G. Hoffman Jr., 80, died Sept. 1, 2010, Lyons.   Born Aug. 8, 1930, in Atchison, the son of Herman and Golda T. Goulding Hoffman. On May 8, 1955, he married MARY JANE DUMLER. She survives. Other survivors include: two sons, Herman G. III and wife Chris, Lyons, and Stanley L., Hutchinson; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and nephew, Webb J. Crecink III, West Monroe, La.  Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Jane Crecink.

(David) Bear of Lakewood;  grandchildren, Jay (Lee) Crispe of Longmont, Deborah (Marlow) Kimble of  Frederick, Lori (Jeff) Adler of Loveland, Eddie (Michelle) Crispe of  Kersey, Robyn Crispe of Boulder, Angela (Joe) Arena of North Richland Hills, Texas, and Terri (Brian) Jamison of Lakewood; seven  great-grand-children and one great-great-grandchild. Crispin, Marjorie Holmes  -  October 17, 1924 - November 2, 2010  -  Marjorie Homes Crispin passed away  on November 2nd  (2010) at the age of 86. Born in Los Angeles on October 17, 1924, she was the youngest daughter of Webster and Marion Holmes.   Married DICK SIMPSON. Together they had three daughters. After divorcing in 1963, she married J. HEWES CRISPIN in 1966.  Preceded in death by Hewes on September 5th. She will be missed by her sister, Jo McLain (Newport Beach) and her children, Barbara (Ed) Meserve, Diane Cunningham, Carol (Kevin) Colgate, her grand children, Rob (Leslie) Meserve and Scott (Mercedes) Meserve and her four great-grandchildren.

Michael Thomas Holtz of Minneapolis, Mn, dorf Ju;y 27, 2010 as a result of a motorcycle accident.  Michael was 49 years old.   Mike was born in Geneva, Illinois  on August 26, 1960 to Peggy Schneider and Thomas L. Holtz.  Married ANDREA KNICKERBOCKER May 10, 1997.  Michael was preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his wife Andrea Knickerbocker of Minneapolis. Also surviving are three children, Sherri Cook, Michael T. Holtz, Jr., and Tisha M. Wilburn, and eight grandchildren, all of Ft. Scott, KS.   Mike is survived as well by his mother, Peggy Holtz Barnett of Wamego, KS, two brothers, Bill Holtz of Wichita, KS and Tom Holtz of Jerseyville, IL, and two sisters, Margaret Winkler of Seneca, KS, and Teresa Duncan of Wamego, KS.
